International Project Management – from Theory to Practice.'From the generation of the first project ideas to the successful implementation of projects in intercultural and multidisciplinary teams, the work of researchers and project managers involves a wide range of challenges. IncoNet EaP is running a summer school for young researchers and project managers from the Eastern Partnership Countries, EU Member States and Associated Countries active in the field of 'energy efficiency'. The aim of the training is to learn more about project management processes in international scientific projects particularly related to Horizon 2020 as well as Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions to support mobility. IncoNet EaP's 3rd Policy Stakeholders' Conference will take place alongside two major health events, which will be held in Budapest: 'ADI 2016 – the 31st International Conference of Alzheimer’s Disease' on 21-24 April and the 'Onco Update Europe' on 22-23 April. [more]26.04.2016 | ATHENS, GREECEExpert Group Meeting for Recommendations on EU-EaP Science, Technology & Innovation Cooperation in EnergyDuring the meeting, the evaluation of the project’s activities on Energy will be briefly presented. The event will involve energy experts and representatives of the research community (high representatives from institutes/ research centers/ universities) from the EU and the EaP countries. Based on their experience, experts are expected to make recommendations in order to strengthen the EU-EaP Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation. 16.03.2016 - 17.03.2016 | KYIV, UKRAINEAnnual event 'Horizon 2020 NCPs training' of the EaP Panel on Research and InnovationThe annual event 'Horizon 2020 NCPs training' of the EaP Panel on Research and Innovation took place on 16-17 March in Kiev (Ukraine) with the active participation of the National Contact Points of the EaP Countries. The event was organised jointly from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the DG Research and Innovation, EC. In addition, Coordinators of the IncoNet EaP Project (FP7) and of the RI-LINKS2UA Project (H2020) together with NCPs from France, Germany, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland and Sweden contributed with their experience to the Training. 29.02.2016 | MINSK, BELARUSIncoNet EaP analytical findings presented at training on EU-Eastern Partnership STI cooperation in EnergyThe third INNOVER-EAST training on EU-Eastern Partnership Cooperation in 'Energy' was held in Minsk on 29 February 2016. Its main goal was to improve knowledge and skills of EaP partners in participating in the EU's research and innovation programmes. Olga Meerovskaya, BelISA, partner in both the INNOVER-EAST and the IncoNet EaP projects presented analytical findings from the IncoNet EaP project, including a database of EaP programmes and projects, an analysis of its content related to Energy, as well as an analysis of EU-EaP co-publications in Energy. | SURVEY OPEN UNTIL 1 APRIL 2016EU-Eastern Partnership International Cooperation Barometer - Take part in our survey!The InoNet EaP project is conducting a survey about the framework conditions and cooperation opportunities of STI in general and more particularly between the EU and the Eastern Partnership countries. With the related questionnaire addressing the six countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine), we would like to measure the development of potentials of bi-regional Science, Technology and Innovation cooperation over time. Following the first round in 2015 the survey is repeated to get comparative data for analysis. [more]

The thematic priorities of the call are the three Societal Challenges targeted by the projects, namely 'Health', 'Energy' and 'Climate Change'. Maximun funding per grant is 3000 EUR. [more]
